European residency

European golden visa from Riyadh.

A European golden visa gives you the right to live in the country, not a second nationality, so it suits Saudi nationals as well as expats.

Greece Golden Visa

The Greece Golden Visa requires a property investment of €800,000 in Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini and other named areas, €400,000 elsewhere, or €250,000 for qualifying conversions and restorations. Permits typically take 4 to 6 months, with no minimum stay.

Portugal Golden Visa

The Portugal Golden Visa requires an investment of at least €500,000 in a Portuguese investment fund. Applicants should currently expect about 30 months to receive the residence permit, and must spend an average of 7 days a year in Portugal.

Yes, if you are an expatriate. Families living in Riyadh apply under the same programs as anywhere else, without moving: Caribbean programs start at USD 200,000 in Dominica, USD 230,000 in Antigua & Barbuda, USD 235,000 in Grenada, USD 240,000 in Saint Lucia and USD 250,000 in St. Kitts & Nevis. We do not offer citizenship programs to Saudi nationals. For Saudi nationals, we recommend European golden visas, which give the right to live in countries such as Greece and Portugal without taking a second nationality.

The Greece Golden Visa starts from €250,000 in property, with no minimum stay. The Portugal Golden Visa uses a €500,000 investment fund and requires an average of 7 days a year in Portugal. Both give residence and short-stay Schengen travel, not a second passport.

In the Caribbean: Grenada 3–6 months, St. Kitts & Nevis 4–6 months, Dominica 6–8 months, Antigua & Barbuda 14–18 months and Saint Lucia 24 months. Turkey takes about 4 months.
