Residence in Europe and the UAE

Golden visas for Lebanese.

A golden visa gives you the right to live in another country through an investment. It is residence, not a second passport.

Greece Golden Visa

The Greece Golden Visa requires a property investment of €800,000 in Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini and other named areas, €400,000 elsewhere, or €250,000 for qualifying conversions and restorations. Permits typically take 4 to 6 months, with no minimum stay.

Portugal Golden Visa

The Portugal Golden Visa requires an investment of at least €500,000 in a Portuguese investment fund. Applicants should currently expect about 30 months to receive the residence permit, and must spend an average of 7 days a year in Portugal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers to the questions Lebanese families ask us most.

Yes, through a legal route. You cannot buy a passport itself, but Lebanese citizens can apply for citizenship through government citizenship by investment programs, such as those of Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis and Turkey. Each applicant must pass the government's due diligence, and the passport is issued only after approval. Offers to sell a passport outside these official programs are not legal.

Yes. Lebanon does not prohibit dual citizenship, so Lebanese citizens keep their Lebanese nationality when they acquire a second one. The second country must also allow it: all the citizenship programs on this page permit dual citizenship.

It depends on your goal. For the widest travel access, St. Kitts & Nevis (Mobility Score 148 on passportindex.org). For the US E-2 investor visa, Grenada, the only Caribbean program whose citizens can apply for it. For the lowest Caribbean cost, Dominica, from USD 200,000. For residence in Europe rather than a second passport, the Greece or Portugal Golden Visa. We compare the options for your family in a free consultation.

Caribbean programs start at USD 200,000 in Dominica, USD 230,000 in Antigua & Barbuda, USD 235,000 in Grenada, USD 240,000 in Saint Lucia and USD 250,000 in St. Kitts & Nevis. Turkey starts from USD 400,000 in real estate. Government, due diligence and professional fees are added and depend on family size, so we give you an itemized quote.

Timelines depend on the program and on due diligence. In the Caribbean: Grenada 3–6 months, St. Kitts & Nevis 4–6 months, Dominica 6–8 months, Antigua & Barbuda 14–18 months and Saint Lucia 24 months. Turkey takes about 4 months. Complete, well-prepared documents avoid most delays.

No residence is required. Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and St. Kitts & Nevis have no minimum stay, and Antigua & Barbuda requires 5 days in the first 5 years. Most programs include an interview as part of due diligence.
