About Dubai.

It is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates and one of the world's leading destinations for property investment. A global hub for business, tourism and finance, it pairs a tax-friendly environment with world-class infrastructure, safety and connectivity between East and West.

Foreign nationals can own property outright in designated freehold areas across the city — from established districts such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah to fast-growing new communities. There is no annual property tax and no tax on rental income or capital gains.

Beyond the financial case, a qualifying property investment can open the door to long-term UAE residency through the Golden Visa programme, making Dubai real estate both an asset and a lifestyle decision.
