Ziad Karkaji

Ziad Karkaji is the founder and Managing Partner of Global Pass. He brings 26 years of experience across engineering, real estate, and citizenship and residency consultancy, and holds a degree in mechanical engineering and an Executive MBA from ESA Business School.

Ziad works directly with families, from the first consultation and the choice of program to the final passport or residence permit.

How we work

How we work and how we are paid.

We compare the programs that suit your family, budget and travel needs, prepare and check every document, and stay with you through due diligence until the passport or residence permit is issued.

Where a program requires a government-authorized agent, your application is submitted through one, and every applicant goes through the government’s own due diligence.

Global Pass is paid in two ways: a professional fee agreed with each client, and commissions from some developers and program partners.
